Wood craft Trainer

- Develops clear and concise instructional lesson plans and organizes class time to provide a balanced program of preparation, instruction.

- Search and select the targeted participants.

-Teaching relevant skills, tactics, and techniques

- Monitoring and enhancing performance by providing tuition, encouragement and constructive feedback

-Identifying strengths and weaknesses

- Organizes storage areas and controls the use of materials and equipment to prevent loss, abuse, injury, or security breech.

-proficiency in drawing, composition, and spatial relations.

-Construct wooden models and furniture items, patterns, templates, full scale mock-ups, and molds for parts of products and production tools.

- Maintain pattern records for reference.

-The animator will apply the provided teaching methodologies and will take part in the development in the teaching manuals.

 

Qualifications/Requirements, Knowledge and Experience

- University degree in related field.

- Minimum 5 years of work in relevant field.

- Solid working knowledge of the concepts, activities and techniques related to teaching art at the required level.

 -Communication skills.

 -Team working skills.

 -Ability to adapt to new environments and be flexible given the nature of the work ( i.e. constant changes happening on the ground, movement of the refugees…).

- Maintain a strong commitment and work ethos.
