Installation of solar systems for boreholes

SAWA was founded in 1990, a non-profit, non-sectarian organization that supports the most underprivileged populations in Lebanon, through various programs involving health care, psychosocial support, rural development, vocational training, child protection, and promotion of human rights culture.
SAWA was founded by a youth group and started from the needs of young people seeking for development in remote and poor areas and to spread the culture of peace.

This call for tender will be for the signature of framework agreements valid for 6 months, and subject to variations, the solar systems will be installed in 4 cadasters (Dakwe, Job Jannine, Kamed El-Laouz, Majdel Anjar).

 The Service to be delivered includes: designing, supplying, installing, connecting to well pumps, testing, commissioning, handing over, training & one‐year preventive and corrective maintenance of Solar Hybrid PV System for Deep Well Pump including Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Elevated Steel Structure complete with concrete casting of footings, concrete repair & cleaning. Inspecting these sites through field visits and preparing the necessary maps to be submitted to SAWA Group for discussion.

This call for tender will be conducted using SAWA standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: SAWA Office, Bchara ElKhoury Str., Near Temple, Baalbeck or send an email to tenders@sawagroup.org for receiving the tender documents.

To be eligible to apply to the tender, suppliers should meet the below minimum criteria:

Bidder should have a minimum of 5 years of company establishment.

Bidder should have a minimum of 10 professional staff members as permanent employees.
