SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this consultation is to develop the skills and capacities of SAWA Employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES, MAIN DUTIES AND REPORTING:
- Contribute to the development of training and learning modules and mentoring and coaching tools
- Ensure that all necessary requirements to ensure a successful training session are prepared in a timely manner including material, equipment, venue and transportation
- Develop, adapt, and deliver training materials (handouts, presentations, etc.) and tools to monitor effectiveness of trainings, including pre and post-tests
- When needed, work on updating training material, modules and tools, develop facilitation guides.
- Ensure proper documentation of all training and capacity building session, keep track of the attendance sheets, training reports, training tracker and fill in the training database for trainings.
- Send the follow up survey email to participants. Keep track of the participants’ emails.
- The consultant will work on developing and enhancing the capacity building mechanism.

EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND:
- Minimum of master degree in human resources, capacity building or related field;
- Proven experience working in a challenging situation;
- Experience in working with NGO/ humanitarian organization/ UN agencies
- Not less than 5 years’ experience in the field of training and capacity building.
- Has knowledge in conducting similar missions.
- The ability to work independently with flexible working hours.
- High sense of confidentiality and humanitarian ethics (code of conduct).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Advanced researcher skills and ability to develop researcher methods
- The researcher will ideally have a degree in social science, law or any related fiel
