About “Partners for Justice” project

Partners for Justice is a project that is being implemented by Search in partnership with Resource Centre for Gender Equality (ABAAD). The project’s overall objective is to help reduce violence against women and girls (VAWG) in Lebanon through 1) engaging men and boys to work positively with women and girls to become allies and champions of gender equality and prevention of VAWG, and 2) promoting a shift in communities’ attitudes in target areas around the permissibility of, and assumptions related to VAWG. The project is being implemented in five different locations including South Lebanon, Mount Lebanon, Beirut, Beqaa and North Lebanon. The project engages media professionals and Civil Society Organizations (CSO) through their youth representatives.
