LTA for Hotel Accommodation near the office

1. Goal and Objectives of Assignment

Search is seeking for a Long term yearly agreement with a Hotel , walking distance from Search For Common Ground Lebanon office in Tabaris-Charles Malek avenue-Tabaris 812-Block A where all international and national visitors can accommodate throughout the year .

2. Geographic Locations

Near Tabaris-Charles Malek avenue -Achrafieh Beirut Area

3. Ethical Considerations

The contracted party shall take into consideration all factors to ensure that the work is done in a conflict sensitive manner and that no harm is done while implementing the activity. This includes social, security, safety, environmental, economic, and gender-related factors.

4. Timeline

From 1 April 2023 till 31 March 2024

5. Requirements of Hotel:

-Standard Single or Deluxe Single room for one person

-Standard Double or Deluxe room for two person

-Rates must be including  bed and breakfast and room service

- Wireless internet is required

-Tea and coffee fees (if applicable)

-Access to all facilities regulations (if applicable) ( Gym , Spa , Pool…)

- Parking fees
