LTA for Hotel Accommodation near the office

1. Goal and Objectives of Assignment 

Search is seeking for a Long term yearly agreement with a Hotel , near Search For Common Ground Lebanon office in Ashrafieh  where all international and national visitors can accommodate throughout the year .

3. Ethical Considerations

The contracted party shall take into consideration all factors to ensure that the work is done in a conflict sensitive manner and that no harm is done while implementing the activity. This includes social, security, safety, environmental, economic, and gender-related factors.

Safeguarding: Remain alert and responsive to any safeguarding risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills that will enable you to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the safeguarding policy and procedures, and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the Safeguarding Policy.

From June 2025 till June 2026  

5. Requirements of Hotel:

-Standard Single or Deluxe Single room for one person

-Standard Double or Deluxe room for two person

-Rates must be including  bed and breakfast and room service

- Wireless internet is required

-Tea and coffee fees (if applicable)

-Access to all facilities regulations (if applicable) ( Gym , Spa , Pool…)

- Parking fees
