About Diwan Project

In response to the challenges in Wadi Khaled, the Common Ground Search Organization launched the Diwan Project, funded by Global Affairs Canada, which is being implemented between February 2017 and January 2019. The ultimate goal of Diwan is to contribute to the establishment of governance Embraces participation and encourages local officials and community members to establish mutually sensitive relationships, understand each other's roles and responsibilities, and diversify decision makers, thereby collaborating more effectively to promote development and future stability. Stability is the essence of the project, so we seek to embrace participation and inclusion in local decision-making processes to ensure more sustainable, equitable and accountable development.

As part of the "Diwan" project aimed at strengthening governance and overall development in the Wadi Khaled area. We look forward to supporting two youth centers in the region that serve as a safe place where community members (especially youth and women) can gather, discuss common concerns and organize activities.

If you are a civil society organization, non-governmental organization, local women's committee, youth or local club, please include a detailed proposal that includes:

1. Overview of the Assembly / Committee / Group (number of members / volunteers established, field of work, previous projects or activities);

2 - Details about the location of the center (area, number of rooms).

3. What kind of support is needed and how it will contribute to achieving the above objectives.

منظمة البحث عن أرضية مشتركة هي منظمة دولية تعمل على تحويل النزاعات فيما يقارب ٥٠ دولة حول العالم. نعتقد ‏أنه عوضاً عن تهديم العالم القائم، يمكننا بناء عالم جديد. ونقوم بذلك من خلال العمل مع المجتمعات لتغيير التفاعلات ‏اليومية بين الفئات التي تعيش في النزاعات، ليتمكنوا من العمل معاً لحل المشاكل. بدأنا العمل لأول مرة في لبنان في عام ‏‏١٩٩٦، وركّزنا على أربعة مجالات رئيسية: التماسك الاجتماعي، الجندر (النوع الإجتماعي) والسلام، التعليم من أجل ‏السلام والحكم الشامل

عن مشروع ديوان

استجابةً للتحديات القائمة في وادي خالد، اطْلَقَت منظمة البحث عن أرضية مشتركة مشروع ديوان، بتمويلٍ من غلوبال أفيرز كندا، الذي يتم تنفيذه بين شباط/فبراير٢٠١٧ و كانون الثاني/يناير ٢٠١٩. الهدف الأقصى لمشروع ديوان هو المساهمة في إقامة حُكمٍ يعتمد الشمول والمشاركة، وتشجيع المسؤولين المحليين وأعضاء المجتمع على تأسيس علاقات تراعي الآخر، وفهم أدوار ومسؤوليات بعضهم البعض، وتنويع صُنّاع القرار، وبالتالي التعاون بشكل أكثر فعالية لتعزيز التنمية والاستقرار في المستقبل . الإستقرار جوهر المشروع، لذا نسعى إلى  إعتماد المشاركة والشمول في عمليات صنع القرار المحلي لضمان تنميةٍ أكثر استدامةً، إنصافاً، ومساءلةً.

في إطار مشروع "الديوان" الذي يهدف إلى تعزيز الحوكمة والتنمية الشاملة في منطقة وادي خالد. نتطلع إلى دعم مركزين للشباب في المنطقة يعملان كمكان آمن حيث يمكن لأعضاء المجتمع (وخاصة الشباب والنساء) التجمع، ومناقشة الاهتمامات المشتركة وتنظيم الأنشطة.

إذا كنت من منظمات المجتمع المدني أو المنظمات غير الحكومية أو اللجنة المحلية للمرأة / الشباب أو نادي محلي، يرجى مشاركتنا اقتراحًا مفصلاً يشتمل على:
 

أولاً، لمحة عامة عن الجمعية / اللجنة / المجموعة (عدد الأعضاء/المتطوعين تاريخ انشاءها ، مجال العمل ، المشاريع أو الأنشطة السابقة)؛
 

ثانياً، تفاصيل حول موقع المركز (المساحة ، عدد الغرف).
 

ثالثاً، ما هو نوع الدعم اللازم وكيف سيسهم في تحقيق الأهداف المذكورة أعلاه.
