Trainer on Conflict Transformation

Scope of Work:

In coordination with the Project Manager, the consultant will be responsible for:

Submitting a one page presentation of the training in Arabic and English by the trainer with Search. The one pager will address main questions such as: What is public outreach? What is intended to be done? How can it be useful and practical? What is the aim of the training on public outreach?

Drafting the agenda of the training which includes clear objectives and expectations in addition to the exercises and tools used for each session;

Delivering a 5-day training covering: 1) ToT  on public outreach; and 2) Training on public outreach and effective communication.

Other requirements:

Proven capacity building experience in delivering trainings on effective communication and public outreach;

Previous experience in working with the security sector and public institutions;

Previous experience in conducting online trainings;

Applicants must be confident, persuasive, and able to communicate very well in Arabic;

Good English language skills;
