Short Film/video Maker

SIF is seeking a movie maker who will be in charge of the realization of a 5 minute documentary film aimed to reflect the image of the Syrian refugees who were affected by the conflict in Syria. The families will be shooted while moving to a shelter in Saida, south of Lebanon, rehabilitated and equipped by SIF, providing a descent, secure and safe accommodation.  Main Mission Scenario writing and ideas defining in coordination with the HoM and the Program Coordinator, One day shooting/filming of the shelter and the families. Video editing to (5 minutes) Graphic identity – design Responsible and providing the equipment needed for the shooting (Video Camera/Lights/Sounds) and for the editing. Responsible for own transport to Saida.  Education/skills and knowledge required Education required: Degree in audiovisual field or information graphics, Concepts and knowledge in social studies would me a must, Computers: Final cut Pro, compressor, IDvd, iMovie HD, Photoshop, Languages: Arabic, English is an asset,   Communication skills, Organisation, Relational skills,  Commitment, Flexibility,  Initiative  Good knowledge of Saida area and the local habits. Similar project done for short movies / extract of work already done /realized in the past, presented with the application is a must.
