The Emergency project will provide food support for vulnerable families in Tripoli.
General Objective
The volunteer has to ensure the safety of caregivers, attend workshops, assist the nutrition trainer
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Take attendance
- Communicate respectfully with caregivers
- Fill in the attendance sheet correctly and completely, with the proper timing of in and out
- Conduct calls / vulnerability assessment once requested
- Actively participate in trainings delivered by the organization
- Respect and abide to the organization’s internal code of conduct and child protection policy
- Ensure that all children and caregivers are aware of any accountability/ complaint mechanisms
Other:
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop SIF’s programs
- Attend all meetings requested by managers upon needs.
Professional Standards
- All volunteers are required to adhere to SIF’s standards for professional conduct and its employment policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Secondary education is a plus
- Previous work experience with caregivers
- Good in written and spoken Arabic
- Personal qualities: Team player, flexible, network-builder, able to handle pressure, enjoys working in the field, values diversity, encourages openness and transparency, honest, good communications skills
