Head Nurse of surgical floor - Nabatieh

providing floor supervision  according to the policies and procedures of the hospital:

main duties:

• plan,organize and supervise nursing care
• introduce necessary improvements to the department 
• ensure the application of rules and regulations
• set employees' working schedule
• enusre necessary training for the staff
• organize and distribute tasks 

Requirements: 

- bachelor degree or technical degree in nursing sciences

- having the permission to practice the nursing profession from the lebanese ministry of public health 

- minimum of 3 years in similar role
