Major Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary support to the center’s staff (doctors, nurses and others…) in fulfilling their duties with complete administrative services (database, schedule, office sanitary and clinics maintaining…)
- Assist in preparation of agendas, minutes of meetings and make arrangements for different program related meetings
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, budgets and other requested documents
- Review project practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow and reporting procedures.
- Responsible administrative and logistical support to organization of conferences, workshops, retreats…
- Reports to the executive director for any task related to the project
- Any other duty assigned by the executive director
- Drafting and managing grants proposals in coordination with the executive office
- Providing high-level coordination, compliance and supervision on all levels and with various stakeholders mainly patients and local community
Skills
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Solid management skills
- Ability to successfully initiate and maintain positive relationships with local community, staff and SPL members and volunteers
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in team environment
- Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic; French is a plus
- Excellent reporting, communication and interpersonal skill
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in health and social centers management and\or any other related office admin work
- A bachelor degree in administration and\or any close degree
- Part time contract for 3 months renewable
- Working time: 5 days/week from 7:30 am- 2:30 pm.
- To be based in Irsal or in any of the close area
