Foreigner Volunteers

Looking for volunteers  with experience from different countries to engage in Multi projects   Tasks -          Plan, Manage and Monitor daily activities -          Be able to write proposals -          Be able to adapt in hard context -          Have experience in capacity building -          Experience workign with youth and education -          Coordinate and encourage field staff and volunteers -          Conduct employee recruitment -          Support in Research and finding sustainable solutions -          Develop new operation strategies -          Provide support in volunteering program -          Data entry,administrative duties and update websites -          Suggest creative ideas and approches for new projects and activities -          Mantein and build up the networking with other NGOs and actors -          Referring emergency cases to NGOs -          Work on Monitoring strategy    Requirements -          Able to work independent and as a team leader -          100 % commitment to the duties -          Adapt to work and respect multicultural environment -          Strong motivation and self engagement -          Experience in NGO world  for at least one position for no less than 3 months. -          Able to quickly learn and adapt with different cultures -          Work in vulnerable areas -          Have a college degree -          Have interest in Humans rights issues -          Can support his/ her stay -          Speak English or French -          Able to learn basic Arabic -          Can work under pressure for long hours   What we can offer -         Being part of an emerging organization with the possibility to gain all round experiences.           -         Experiencing multicultural environment working in an international team. -         Working for the society getting in touch with the host communities. -         Getting insights into the lebanese society and experiencing the spirit of the Middle East. -         Improve personal skills. -         Facilitate/ provide accomodation -         Cover internal Transportation and communication during work hours
