SDA is soliciting proposals from qualified subcontractors specialized in facility management and related maintenance services to undertake the operational maintenance of Jisr El Wati courts. In addition to executing the maintenance tasks, the selected subcontractor will be required to transfer know-how and practical skills to approximately 14 youth beneficiaries who will rotate throughout the project period. These youth will actively participate in the maintenance works as part of a capacity-building component aimed at strengthening their technical skills and employability.

Technical proposal:
Interested companies and consultants are invited to submit their proposal in English based on the TOR, the proposal should include:
- Curriculum Vitae (including CVs/portfolio) and company profile (if applicable)
- A portfolio with examples of similar past projects
- Recommendation letters from previous projects and clients
- ID of authorized Signatory
- For companies:
- certificate of business registration, certificate of incorporation, business license (Commercial circular & Commercial Register)
- certified copy of tax registration (MOF and VAT document if available)
Financial proposal:
A detailed financial offer, in accordance with the RFQ, should be provided while filling in the attached BOQ, including all fees and expenditures. The offer must also specify the payment methods and all necessary payment details. The fees should cover all associated costs.
