SEMEURS D’AVENIR, a local NGO, was created in 2010 with the encouragement of a French NGO         “the European Institute for Cooperation and Development (IECD)”, in order to bring out a local organization able to carry and ensure the sustainability of projects initially launched by IECD with local partners. The mission of SEMEURS D’AVENIR is to: plan, improve and encourage all social and educational initiatives, as well as economic and cultural initiatives that allow the progress of people and help them to meet their physical and intellectual needs. Since its creation, the organization works with IECD on a Project that supports very small businesses, in order to sustain the actions and results of these projects by anchoring them in a local structure.   MISSION   1 / Accounting -                 Accounting entry -                 Preparation of payments -                 Storage of accounting documents -                 Bank reconciliations -                 Monitoring of third-party procurement   2/ Local  reporting: -          Preparation of various declarations (National Social Security Fund, VAT, Finance Department, Ministry of the Interior…) -          Support to the preparation of financial reviews and financial monitoring of the projects (extraction with the software SAGE) -          Support to the audit missions   EXPECTED PROFIL   Education: BTS / Bachelor or Master Degree in accounting management Experience: at least 3 years in a similar experience, in SME is an important asset Skills and qualities expected: -          Strong background in general and analytical accounting -          Excellent knowledge of Excel, Sage will be an asset -          Fluency in French and/or English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage -          Autonomy, rigor and organization, reactivity and discretion. -          Interest and motivation for global solidarity and development. -          Adhesion to the values of IECD : a focus on the person, the spirit of service, a professional commitment   CONDITIONS   Statut: local contract with Semeurs d’Avenir Start date: as soon as possible, minimum for one year Localisation: Beirut - Lebanon Under the supervision of: -            Administrative and Financial Manager, based in Beirut Close collaboration with the IECD : Country Representative in Lebanon and Administrative and Financial team, based in Paris Package global : -            To be defined according to profile and experience
