Guidance & Employment Coordinator

Semeurs d'Avenir in collaboration with IECD are implementing GET project by building and supporting Guidance & Employment offices in technical schools all over Lebanon. The Guidance & Employment Coordinator will be responsible for the Guidance & Employment Office of Amilieh Technical School: 1) Recruitment of new students  2) Guiding new students to choose their specialization 3) Guiding the students throughout their school years & preparing them for the labor market 4) Following up with the graduates, knowing their status & helping them find a job 5) Coordinating & reporting the results with the school's administration 6) Updating the database of students & companies The Guidance & Employment Coordinator will be based in the premises of Amilieh Technical School to be in direct contact with the students of different classes (BP, BT, TS ) and different specialization.  Skills required: Patient, good communication skills
