THE PROJECT A program for the children and teenagers of Iraqi refugee families is being implemented in the north eastern suburbs of Beirut. The purpose of the program is to “support young people in order to help them continue their education “ The main activities consist in offering academic support, vocational training modules and extracurricular activities. More than 200 young people benefit from the program. . A team of 14 persons is in charge of the program. The main challenges are: improving the educational and pedagogical curriculums, strengthening activities in the school and vocational training, reinforcing partnerships with the local institutions,  using competent expertise and finding new financial support. . Task The objective is to ensure the global coordination of the project through: -      General coordination of the project : follow up of the activities conducted to implement the program, helping in the strengthening of the pedagogical and methodological content of the project, supervising and motivating the team (person in charge of the educational skills, person in charge of the social follow up, social worker, person in charge of vocational training, guardians and trainers, psychologists, etc…), developing training plans  in order to improve the skills of the team. -      Financial and budget monitoring -      Reporting (internal and external ) and implementation of management procedures -      Day-to-day management with the partners -      Capacity building to local partners -      Public relations : motivating and involving the public and private local institutions -      Relations with donors : call up donors, identify new donors and win their support. -      Identification and supervision of needed expertise -        Expansion of the program towards new regions
