We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Inclusion Trainer to provide support for disability inclusion training programs delivered to organizations and private companies. The assistant will be responsible for preparing all pre-training materials, coordinating administrative requirements, managing documentation, and supporting post-training evaluation and reporting processes.
Responsibilities And Main Duties:
- Prepare attendance sheets, registration forms, and participant databases.
- Prepare evaluation forms, feedback surveys, and assessment tools.
- Organize training materials, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate participant lists and confirm attendance prior to sessions.
- Support logistical and administrative planning for training activities.
- Prepare post-training reports and documentation.
- Maintain organized digital records of all training activities.
- Support follow-up communication with participants when required.
Job Qualifications:
- University degree in education, social sciences, management, business administration, or related fields (fresh graduates may apply).
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prepare structured documents, reports, and tracking sheets
- Familiarity with online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Google Forms or other evaluation tools is a plus
