The Assistant Trainer Consultant will support the delivery of training programs that equip beneficiaries with essential personal and professional skills for employment and workplace readiness. The consultant will assist lead trainers in facilitating sessions, supporting beneficiaries’ learning, and contributing to personal growth, confidence building, and professional development to enhance employability outcomes.
Responsibilities And Main Duties
- Support the delivery of training sessions, both online and in-person.
- Assist beneficiaries in learning job search tools and techniques, including CV writing and cover letter preparation
- Provide individual guidance and follow-up to beneficiaries under the supervision of the lead trainer.
- Support trainers in monitoring participants’ progress and engagement during sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure training content meets beneficiaries’ needs and labor market requirements.
- Support the preparation of reports documenting training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in training support, HR, education, or a relate role.
Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
