Audio-Visual Consultant

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Audio-Visual Consultant to plan, implement, and deliver high-quality multimedia content that supports the visibility, training, and communication goals of shareQ. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating with the shareQ team to document project activities, create promotional and educational videos, manage AV equipment setup, and ensure accessibility and inclusion standards in all produced content.

Responsibilities And Main Duties:

• Coordinate with the shareQ team to plan AV content that aligns with program goals.
• Film and produce multimedia materials such as training highlights, promotional videos, and testimonials.
• Set up and operate AV equipment during training sessions, workshops, and events.
• Edit video and audio content for different platforms (website, social media, reports, etc.).
• Ensure visual content adheres to accessibility and inclusivity standards.
• Archive and organize AV materials for internal use and public communication.
• Provide technical support and guidance regarding AV equipment usage when needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV content production, including video editing, filming, and sound design.
• Proficiency in AV editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Audition)
• Experience in setting up and operating AV equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting).
• Experience in producing content for social impact, educational, or NGO purposes is preferred.
• Ability to adapt communication formats for accessibility (e.g., subtitles, sign language integration).
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a diverse team.
