Market Study Coordinator

We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Market Study Coordinator to assist in the research and documentation of labor market trends and economic opportunities relevant to individuals with disabilities. The coordinator will play a vital support role in facilitating access to data sources, conducting interviews and surveys, and organizing findings. Working under the guidance of the lead consultant, the coordinator will ensure efficient data collection, consistent communication among stakeholders, and adherence to the project timeline.

Responsibilities And Main Duties:

• Assisting the lead consultant with access to ProAbled’s database of employers and partners.
• Facilitating introductions and referrals for interviews with at least 25 relevant stakeholders (employers, industry experts, institutions, NGOs).
• Conduct key informant interviews and surveys.
• Coordinating the work of assigned interns supporting data collection and documentation.
• Monitoring adherence to the timeline and deliverables of the assessment.
• Ensuring consistent communication flow between all parties.
• Ensure that all surveys are well documented and organized.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in market analysis, preferably in Lebanon or similar contexts
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Familiarity with labor market and employment contexts in Lebanon.  
• Arabic and English fluency
