Soft Skills Trainer

The Soft Skills Trainer will deliver holistic training programs that equip beneficiaries with essential personal and professional skills required for employment and workplace readiness. The trainer will support beneficiaries in developing strong interpersonal skills while fostering personal growth, confidence, and professionalism to enhance their employability.

Responsibilities And Main Duties

  • Conduct training sessions to educate beneficiaries on job search tools and techniques, including resume writing, cover letter preparation, and effective job search strategies.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in helping beneficiaries develop their soft skills, such as job interview techniques, body language, communication skills, and time management.
  • Provide personalized guidance and feedback to individuals, addressing their specific needs and challenges related to work readiness and job search.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure training content aligns with beneficiaries' requirements and the evolving demands of the job market.
  • Assist beneficiaries in identifying and overcoming barriers to employment, fostering a growth mindset, and enhancing their confidence.
  • Monitor and evaluate beneficiaries' progress, offering ongoing support and adjusting training approaches as needed.Prepare comprehensive reports outlining the content and progress of training sessions for approval and documentation purposes.

 

Job Qualifications:

Image removed. Image removed.Proven minimum 3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, HR, or any other relevant position.

Proficiency in job search platforms.

Image removed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.

Image removed.Previous experience in training for youth
