Job title: Communication and Events Coordinator
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.
Work schedules: Full-time from Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize events (closing/graduation ceremony, seminar, exhibitions…)
- Organize meetings and focus groups
- Represent the organization in meetings and working groups and negotiate potential collaborations
- Contact external agencies and media experts in case of media exposure
- Prepare written communication materials (emails, minutes of meetings, press releases…)
- Coordinate with the design coordinator and other team members
- Be present during the events, and do the needed follow-ups
Job Qualifications:
- Educational background: Communication, public relations, journalism, marketing, management, or experience in event planning and/or communication
- Professional experience: 3 years plus
- Good coordination and writing skills
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English, French
