Data Entry Internship

Job Title: Data Entry Internship 

Location: Office in Aintoura, Kesrwan

Work Schedules: Full-Time (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Internship Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Intern. The ideal candidate will have exceptional typing skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work with accuracy and efficiency. As a Data Entry Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s database and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data. 

Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into our company’s database system
• Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data
• Maintain data integrity by regularly conducting data quality checks and implementing necessary corrections
• Update and maintain various data files and records
• Assist in managing and organizing files
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency across different departments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry or similar role is a plus
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with data entry procedures and data management best practices
• Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
