Job Title: Field Officer 
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan, with frequent field visits 
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) 

Job Description: 

shareQ is seeking a Field Officer to support the implementation of ProAbled programs. The Field Officer will be conducting outreach activities, and ensuring proper follow-up with beneficiaries, NGOs, and stakeholders. The candidate will also ensure donors' compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong social mission, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work directly with diverse communities, including persons with disabilities and vulnerable individuals. 

Responsibilities: 

Conduct field visits to engage with PWDs, employers, and NGOs. 

Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, community organizations, and stakeholders. 

Support the outreach and awareness campaigns to promote inclusion initiatives. 

Collect and document field data, success stories, and feedback for reporting and evaluation purposes. 

Report progress and challenges to the Program Manager. 

Conduct in-in-depth assessments with business owners with disabilities 

Follow up on mini-grants disbursements

Job Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in social work, Social Science, Management, or a related field. 

Minimum 2 years of experience in fieldwork, case management, outreach, or community engagement. 

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. 

Experience in NGOs or similar corporate services is a plus.  

Experience in working with individuals with disabilities or people facing financial challenges is a plus.  

Experience in cash and/or in-kind grants programs is a plus.
