Job Title: Field Officer

Location: Office in Aintoura - Keserwan, with frequent field visits 
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) 

Organization Overview: 

Under shareQ, ProAbled is a main department aiming for training and including into education and employment, persons with physical or sensorial disabilities (PWDs) or acute financial challenges. ProAbled (www.ProAbled.com) provides employment services for persons with disabilities or financial challenges to support them in finding and integrating jobs. 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct field visits to engage with PWDs, employers, and NGOs. 
• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, community organizations, and stakeholders. 
• Support the outreach and awareness campaigns to promote inclusion initiatives. 
• Collect and document field data, success stories, and feedback for reporting and evaluation purposes. 
• Report progress and challenges to the Program Manager. 
• Conduct in depth assessment with business owners with disabilities 
• Follow up on mini grants disbursements 

Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in social work, Social Science, Management or a related field. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fieldwork, case management, outreach, or community engagement. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. 
• Experience in NGOs or similar corporate services is a plus.  
• Experience in working with individuals with disabilities or people facing financial challenges is a plus.  
• Experience in cash and/or in-kind grants programs is a plus.
