Finance Officer

Job title: Finance Officer

Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.

Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

 

Responsibilities

  • Write the report with meticulous attention to detail, incorporating all relevant information and analysis.
  • Follow up and respect the deadline of reporting (finance, procurement…)
  • Conduct a forecast analysis, providing valuable insights and projections for future planning.
  • Manage the timesheet and transportation arrangements efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
  • Prepare the payment request in accordance with the necessary documentation and requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management.
  • Previous experience in NGOs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
