70% of his/her time will be as coordinator of the Recruitment and Employment program for women and youth in the job market and 30% will be for internal recruitment within shareQ. Eligible applicants should have a HR degree with a minimum of 4 years experience. (The right social spirit is a must: Someone taking this role as a job and mission together) Previous work with NGO’s or volunteering experience is a plus.
