Program Manager

Job title: Program Manager  
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.  

Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)  

Organization Overview: Under shareQ, ProAbled is a main department aiming for training and including education and employment, persons with physical or sensorial disabilities or acute financial challenges. ProAbled (www.ProAbled.com) provides employment services for persons with disabilities or financial challenges to support them in finding and integrating jobs.  

Description: shareQ is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee the ProAbled program and sub-departments. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the team, validating monitoring and evaluation activities, managing program activities and ensuring the achievement of targets. 

Responsibilities: 

Oversee and manage all project activities, ensuring efficient execution of objectives. 

Manage the outreach, training, and employment of team members. 

Develop strategies to build and maintain relationships with employers, NGOs, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders. 

Represent shareQ in networking events, job fairs, university partnerships, and partner meetings. 

Identify potential risks, anticipate challenges, and propose strategic mitigation plans. 

Review reports prepared by the team and coordinate with the M&E and management for reports finalization. 

Job Qualifications: 

Proven minimum 5 years of experience as a Program manager and/or a Project Coordinator or in a similar role. 

Master's degree in business management, or a related field. 

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic language. 

Experience in NGOs or similar corporate services is a plus. 

Experience in working with individuals with disabilities or people facing financial challenges is a plus.
