Job title: Project Coordinator
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.
Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
Description: ProAbled Recruit is a department specialized in the employment of persons with disabilities or financial challenges. The project coordinator’s role is to lead the team of employment officers and coordinate and negotiate and match jobs with the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities
Analyze risks and opportunities
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Achieve project targets and outcomes within the schedule
Understand the project process and identify ways of supporting and improving it
Lead and coordinate with the employment team
Coordinate with outreach, training, and M&E departments
Assist the operations manager
Document internal and external reports
Job Qualifications:
Proven minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
Previous experience in NGO or recruitment companies is a plus
