Job title: Training coordinator
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.
Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Screen and interview potential candidates for the training program.
- Coordinate and implement the training program for persons with disabilities and/or financial challenges following ProAbled Academy curriculums.
- Coordinate with expert trainers in each field for providing training sessions.
- Coordinate training logistics.
- Conduct evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with candidates and provide motivation and follow-up during the training.
Job Qualifications:
- Academic background in social work is preferable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as training coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in working with persons with disabilities or people with financial challenges is a plus.
- Experience in NGOs is a plus.
- Good in written and spoken English and Arabic.
