Job title: Training Coordinator (Social Worker or HR Background)
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.
Work schedules: Full-Time (Monday to Friday → 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Objective: To coordinate and facilitate training programs and workshops for our organization by working closely with various departments and parties to identify training needs, designing and developing training materials, and organizing training sessions. Note that this position is not for trainers.
Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and implement the training program for persons with disabilities and/ or financial challenges
● Coordinate with companies taking online and live disability inclusion training
● Coordinate with expert trainers in each field before providing the sessions
● Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives to address identified needs
● Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
● Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring optimal attendance and participation
● Assist in the selection and evaluation of external trainers or training providers, as needed
● Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using various metrics and feedback mechanisms
● Track and maintain training records, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
● Screen and interview potential candidates for the training program
Job Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Social Worker or HR
● Proven experience of minimum 3 years in coordinating and delivering training programs
● Experience in working with persons with disabilities or people with financial challenges is a plus
● Experience in NGOs is a plus
● Good in written and spoken English and Arabic
