ATM Monitor (Beirut , Mount Lebanon and South Lebanon)

Job Description:

• Monitor ATM’s used by Syrian refugees and Lebanese Citizens to withdraw their assistance
• Make sure that “Social Distancing” is implemented in the queue
• Fill in surveys for beneficiaries using a tablet
• Taking referrals for any assistance needed
• Report back to management any technical problems the beneficiaries may face when withdrawing their assistance on the ATM
• Report back any mistreatment to management towards any beneficiary that is withdrawing their assistance from the ATM
• Monitor the “Security Guard” present with the ATM monitor and report back to management

Working Days & Hours:

• Twenty-Seven (27) workdays per Month (27 Working Days / Month)
• Working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. daily

Job Qualifications:

• At least a high school degree
• Basic English language skills in reading and writing as well as Arabic
• Basic computer skills especially in Microsoft excel
• Possession of a car IS A MUST
• Clean criminal record IS A MUST
• Vaccination against COVID – 19 is a MUST
• Knowledge of the geographical area of work is recommended
• Previous experience in working with Syrian refugees’ communities is highly preferred
• Able to work long hours under different weather conditions
• Ability for flexibility
