Field Outreach Worker South Lebanon

Generic Duties:

• The Field Worker position will respond to all the field protection related referrals and cases in the 7 districts of the South.
• The position’s responsibilities will comprise Multi-dimensional/Sectorial activities pertaining to needs in the Basic Assistance, Shelter, and WASH sectors as identified by Donor.
• Assist Donor Field Unit to carry out field related assessments and distributions
• Carry out ATM hygiene monitoring
• Participate in distribution of Cards and Pins
• Carry out Basic Assistance Post-Distribution Monitoring activities including household visits and focus group discussions and MCAP
• Carry out Core Relief Items distributions as directed and according to Donor standard operating procedures
• Carry out winterization distribution for Lebanese families
• Cary out in distribution of hygiene and food parcels for Syrian refugees in collective shelters and ITSS
• Carry out in distribution of “Clothes” UNIQLO for refugees in collective shelters
• Carry out Score improving Household Visits (SHIV) and GRM
• Carry out Qualitative Assessment of the Formula
• Carry out in VASyR/VARON exercise
• Participate in validation exercise

Specific Duties:

• Work as mobile/outreach team to identify, register and analyze beneficiaries’ specifics needs taking record of the vulnerabilities (i.e. community mobilization, field assessments, data analysis, report writing, etc.);
• Develop a community approach to ensure a confidence in Donor process and project.
• Report on a regular basis to Donor field unit respecting the reporting lines and mechanism
• Refer all cases identified internally to the working team.
• Refer all cases identified externally in case no appropriate and immediate response to needs could be given by SHEILD
• Share with the other team members the cases located outside of your area of intervention.
• Knowledge of Donor protection principals is an asset
• Provide hygiene awareness sessions to relocated HHs after COVID – 19 pandemic
