Outreach Workers - Part Time South Lebanon

Job Description:

• Distribute common card PINs and receive PINs from WFP in Beirut for South districts.
• Organize and prepare PINs according to provided lists by WFP and UNHCR.
• Provide awareness sessions on card/PIN usage to POCs.
• Participate in mass validation exercises and verify eligible POCs through various methods.
• Conduct briefing sessions for POCs on red card validation and hotline numbers.
• Monitor ATM activities and Money Transfer Offices during monthly assistance upload.
• Maintain crowd control and ensure safety during assistance withdrawal.
• Report card and PIN issues to the team leader.
• Conduct outreach calls for cases needing follow-up based on UNHCR requests.
• Support enumerators in data collection exercises through household visits.
• Collect data related to cash and non-cash interventions.
• Collect GRM data to measure satisfaction with targeting/selection systems.
• Conduct on-site rapid need assessments and core relief item assessments.
• Distribute clothing and/or CRI to refugees in informal settlements and shelters.
• Provide hygiene awareness sessions during basic assistance activities.
• Assist in preparation for mass distributions and attend meetings/trainings as required.
• Conduct winterization distributions and follow given work plans/guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the team leader.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of two to three years of experience in field work
• NGO experience is a plus
• Flexible
• Computer Skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Must have a car available
