Project Coordinators

Project coordinators will be responsible for: organizing project activities and ensuring that projects runs smoothly, compiling and coordinating information on project implementation, liaising with relevant stakeholders, partners and/or donors, and providing support to the team. Their duties will include: Provide direction and support to project team to adhere all quality standards during the project implementation and manage the field team as to adherence of Project activities. Ensure the smooth and optimum function of the Project, using personal initiative to push the project into the future and optimize activities Oversee the project functioning day to day business; advise/ supervise the Team Create partnerships and mutually beneficial collaboration with other services providers, NGO’s and Government Departments Write all progress reports (summary and narrative) of the projects: Monthly, Quarterly and annual report Establish and strengthen relationships and networking with relevant institutions, agencies and NGOs by attending meetings, seminars, workshops, events, and other activities; as well as looking to develop, strengthen and grow the project by using personal initiative and creativity Qualifications: Strong Arabic AND English reading, writing and comprehension skills, both languages are a must. Previous experience with NGO's preferred, especially within humanitarian projects. Able to work in a team setting, friendly and approachable to the other staff and beneficiaries.
