Project coordinators will be responsible for organizing project activities and ensuring that projects run smoothly, compiling and coordinating information on project implementation, liaising with relevant stakeholders, partners and/or donors, providing support to the team, coordinating partners’ actions and participation within the frame of project activities and contribute to the definition of project strategies and methods of implementation. Responsibilities of project coordinators will include but are not limited to: Provide direction and support to project team to adhere to all quality standards during the project implementation andcoordinate project personnel and activities on the field. Manage and coordinate project staff and carry out performance appraisals. Develop relations, confined to project activities, with competent institutions; operate following guidelines from the Project Manager; and contribute to the definition of project strategies and methods of implementation. Ensure the smooth and optimum function of the Project, using personal initiative to push the project intothe future and optimize activities Overseethe project functioning day to day business; advise/ supervise the Team Create partnerships and mutually beneficial collaboration with other services providers, NGO’s andGovernment Departments Send the reports on project implementation the project manager to be presented to the donor. Establish and strengthen relationships and networking with relevant institutions, agencies and NGOsby attending meetings, seminars, workshops, events, and other activities; as well as looking to develop,strengthen and grow the project by using personal initiative and creativity.
