Security Advisor (SOUTH - BML - Bekaa)

The Security Advisor will provide safety consultation and services to the entire workforce. The position is responsible for safeguarding employees, officials, and the physical work area from any physical threats. Technological threats if any must also be identified and combatted, and the Security Advisor will be responsible for implementing effective systems to protect private information, company data and general interactions of employees.

• Enable safety in the daily activities of staff at the workplace.
• Identify any potential threats to employee’s information or physical safety.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to lead or assist with any internal investigations.
• Fight internal security threats as well as external ones.
• Select and implement the most effective systems for protecting staff.
• Interact with all employees to keep them well-informed of best security practices.
• Lead educational efforts to empower staff to prevent security threats of any kind.
• Develop, write, and distribute materials outlining security procedures for the organization.
• Participate in the creation, review, and update of security policies.
• Provide complex technical advice, recommendations, and consultancy.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Security Studies, Intelligence, Cyber Security, War Studies, Counter Terrorism, Theft Prevention, Legal Support or any other related field
• Excellent Communication Skills
• 5 to 10 Years Expereince in the filed of Security
• English and Arabic Language
• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Able to maintain control and composure in difficult situations.
