Digital Marketing Trainer

We are looking for a professional and creative trainer in the media and communication fields for our media team. You will be facilitating “Digital Marketing” training to a group of 20 individuals for full 2 days including support the team to develop advanced experience in the different methods in the digital marketing field, that the training will serve the promotion to the content of our platform on social media.

 

The trainer will focus on developing and conducting a training for the participants to better understand and get advanced experience in the importance of Digital Marketing programming in the media sector, that aims to designing a perfect strategy for each media projects on our platform.

 

As a facilitator, you will be surrounded by academic participants, from different cultural backgrounds, who have good media experience, we expect that you have understand the essence of the content and build a new strategy with the team commensurate with the content and target audience.

Moreover, you should take consideration of the expertise available of the team and the desiring to develop it, through advanced information and practicing.

 

 The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience and knowledge of the strengths of the new media platforms. He/she must be a highly motivated individual with experience and passion for content and marketing strategies.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • To deliver two days training for the Media Lab team on building promotion strategy for the content they are already working on to be well published on social media.  
  • To align the training with the already given workshops for the team.
  • To coordinate with the project mentor and help him to understand the learning objectives for the after training follow ups with the team

 

Qualifications

●     Certifications and experience in media and information work.

●     Strong facilitation and organizational skills

●     Strong interpersonal skill

●     Conflict Sensitivity Training is an Asset.

●     Experience in conducting trainings.

●     Excellent social and personal relationships.

●     Excellent communication skills.

●     Excellent English technical words knowledge.

 

Professional Experience:

  • minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar specialization.
  • Experience and ability to deal with unexpected challenges
  • Wide vision about the effective work on social media.
  • Possession of a degree in a relevant field.
  • Have a high comfort level with social media platforms such as:  Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills.
