Job Description
The role with involve:
Co-ordinating administrative and financial arrangements for all Siren led projects.
Assisting with the preparation of and tracking new project bids.
Providing administrative support to the Siren Advisory Service’s Board of Directors, including arranging meetings, preparing agenda and following up on actions.
Maintaining and administering a consultant database and providing feedback to job applicants and those who register their CVs.
Acting as a Point of Contact (POC) for all Siren Enquiries.
Assisting in the development of a Siren Communications Strategy.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Enthusiasm, confidence, politeness, helpfulness and the ability to project these attributes when dealing with business partners, clients, Directors and other Siren and project staff.
Ability to think both strategically and operationally.
Ability to analyse problems and develop creative solutions.
Ability to take decisions independently within agreed parameters
