Administration Officer

  Responsible for opening and closing of branch on daily basis, (Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.00pm) Responsible of administrative tasks Meet and greet branch visitors (service-users, families, suppliers, etc.) Is fully responsible to ensure that all maintenance needs are followed up and takes initiative to deal with all maintenance problems within the branch Order office supplies and coordinate with suppliers on delivery time, quantity and quality Order necessary printed materials after obtaining approval of Branch Manager Coordinate internet service to the branch Write minutes of meeting when attending meetings and forward minutes to appropriate parties Coordinate with the Finance Manager, on branch cash flow Manage the branch’s petty cash Receive payments from service users and issue receipt of paid amount
