Monitoring and Evaluation consultant for Skoun prevention activities within the project “Improving mental health and well-being of people living in Lebanon” (March 2019-June 2021

Tasks & REsponsibilites

1. To design and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the project prevention activities.
2. To set a clear project baseline.
3. To assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact of the results of all prevention activities.
4. To conduct a mid-point assessment of enabling conditions/ constraining factors perceived to help/hinder project sustainability
5. Monitor and evaluate all activities implemented by the prevention department.
6. Draft tools and their revisions as well as data collection procedures (e.g logical framework, project performance tracking, indicators, data flow chart)
7. Organize and conduct mid-term and post-project evaluation reports in the target areas of the project.
8. To revise and validate indicators in the log frame.
9. To assess the extent to which the project is on track, in terms of implementation, and achievement of the results.
10. To demonstrate accountability for the funding received to donors, partners and beneficiaries.
11. To enhance activity planning and organizational learning among stakeholders through identifying good practices, lessons learnt case studies, and potential models.
