Personal Assistant

Director Assistant to work closely with Director and activist to provide administrative support by dealing with managerial, secretarial and administrative tasks in office located in Beirut and field in any place in Lebanon.       Tasks: -Maintain office systems, including data management and filing-Accompany Director to meetings to provide general assistance -Organize and attend meetings then writing MOM.-Handle phone calls, enquiries and requests when appropriate-Organize and maintain diaries and make appointments-Deal with incoming emails and faxes; often corresponding on behalf of the Director -Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations when needed - Make media monitoring, write reports and write a daily press review. - updating data base of contacts using Access program. - representing the director when needed in events and activities. - Follow up NGOs and potential donors and international organizations’ activities.   Skills and Experience: -Media Background-Excellent oral and written communication skills-Written and spoken fluency in Arabic-Written and spoken fluency in English-Translation of documents and communications -Knowledge and experience in media, political science and elections. - Good knowledge in the field of NGOs and donors’ policies and guidelines. - Experience in coordination and planning. - Multitasked and able to work under stress and for long hours. - Very well organized person. - Researching and writing in English and Arabic good articles/ speeches/ letters etc.. - Highly qualified in using the computer and internet and active in social media. - Creative and takes initiative. - Fast learner and highly committed to human rights standards and especially gender equality.
