How to Apply
Offer Deadline:
- Offers must be received no later than 9:00AM Lebanon Time on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 by email to the individual identified on the cover page of this RFP. Please reference “RFP No. PMSPL II/2019/10/09– RFP LIFE Evaluation Data Collection Firm” in the subject line of your email. Offers received after this date or time will not be considered in the selection process.
- The overall proposal shall consist of two (2) separate parts, as follows: Volume I – Technical Proposal; and Volume II – Cost Proposal. Technical Proposals must not make reference to pricing.
The Offeror is requested to submit a proposal directly responsive to the terms, conditions, and clauses of this RFP. Proposals not conforming to this solicitation may be categorized as unacceptable, thereby eliminating them from further consideration.
