Request for Expressions of Interest Subject: Procurement of Construction Administration Support Services Brief description of services required:  The principal objective of this procurement is to provide qualitative technical support to USAID/Lebanon involving:   •    General monitoring and inspection of 183 school sites, particularly those with unsatisfactory progress and unsatisfactory quality of work; •    Structural and non-structural evaluation and reporting of the constructed facilities/components and provision of a quality compliance certification per the agreed upon standards and specifications for the 183 schools;  •    Support in Issuing Certificates of Completion for all of 183 schools.   Duration of the assignment is anticipated to be seven months concluding by 31 December 2013.  Qualifications sought:  Social Impact seeks the professional services of an architectural, engineering or construction management firm with significant expertise and experience in structural design, evaluation, finishing works, and construction management including quantitative unit cost analysis, supervision, and related quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) of construction facilities, preferably schools or educational facilities.  Interested firms are invited to send their company profile to the following address: Hshatila@socialimpact.com, no later than 13 May 2013  Only firms which have been selected for proposal submission will be contacted.
