Local Rule Of Law Social Scientist / Team Member

SI is seeking a social scientist, public sector management specialist, or researcher with related experience working on ROL assessments to serve as a Team Member on a USAID ROL assessment in Lebanon.  The purpose of this assessment is to provide USAID with an analysis of the primary challenges in advancing ROL in Lebanon in order to develop a strategy for future ROL programming. This assessment includes two main tasks: An analysis of the primary challenges and opportunities in advancing ROL, including an assessment of political will for reform. A proposed strategy for ROL programming, including prioritized areas of intervention and program recommendations.   The duration of the assignment is estimated at 6 weeks, with 26 days of LOE, including an estimated 3.5 weeks of in-country data collection and reporting.
