The Field Coordinator will manage the implementation of a project focused on improving mental health, sexual and reproductive health, and well-being in Lebanon. This includes securing shelter visits approvals, coordinating team distribution, facilitating communication between social workers and coordinators, and handling logistical arrangements. The Field Coordinator will track milestones, ensure accurate data and report management, and submit weekly progress updates to the Project Coordinator. The Field Coordinator should cover 28 hours per week.

Hermel, Baalbek, West Bekaa, Zahle, Tyre, Saida, Nabatieh, or Marjayoun.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold meetings with the project and program coordinators to provide updates and challenges and difficulties faced by social workers during the implementation of the project
- Coordinate logistical arrangements (transport, materials…)
- Provide technical support to social workers
- Track and update project milestones and deliverables
- Ensure timely submission of reports and required documents
- Ensure data entry and database management are accurate and up to date
- Submit a weekly report to the project coordinator reflecting the progress of the implementation
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, a Master's degree in the same field will be considered as a plus
- 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in ealth, social services, or humanitaruan contexts
- Fluency in Arabic and very good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and management skills to oversee field operations
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments
- Good knowledge of Protection minimum standards, Protection principles and PSEA
