Advisor: Programmes (Global Fund MENA PMU)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PROGRAMME DELIVERY:

• Responsible for financial, contractual, and logistical aspects of this donor funded programme.

 • Responsible for review and analysis of programme narrative, financial and data reports.

 • Comply with processes related to donor contract administration, including supporting the preparation of sub grant agreements, audit processes, consultant and procurement processes.

• Responsible for monitoring partner spend and ensuring reporting deadlines are met.

• This role will include travel to the region to support delivery of programme activities, in accordance with Frontline AIDS’s latest travel policy. 
   
2. KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

• Coordinate the preparation of analysis and documentation of programme activities/lessons learnt for reporting and accountability.

• Liaising with partners, consultants and other stakeholders for promotion of lessons learned and knowledge exchange within and from outside the region on issues such as disaster preparedness, resilience in HIV service provision and the full engagement of Key Populations in decision making and representation. 


 3. COORDINATION

Facilitate close liaison between implementing partners, other colleagues in the programmes team and other functions to promote collaboration and efficiency in order to support strong linkages and synergies with other work streams.   


 4.
