1. Scope of work and deliverables
The Consultant shall perform the following tasks:
- Prepare content on the topics to be delivered within the session.
- Collaborate with SIDC to develop and implement the training.
- Facilitate the training based on the agenda and training objectives.
- Prepare a final report on the training.
2. Tender Requirements
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years experience in developing and facilitating training workshops.
- Previous experience in the Non-Governmental sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
- Offer great organizational skills and efficiency in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results.
- Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
- The consultant will be working remotely and within SIDC’s offices as deemed necessary and agreed upon between the consultant and SIDC Management.

The candidate's financial offer shall be all inclusive to any operational and running cost related to performing the consultancy job.
As per the Lebanese labour law, a full day of work is composed of 8 working hours.
