Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop an Information Entry and Analysis System:
    • Design and implement an efficient and user-friendly system for information entry and analysis.
    • Ensure the system supports the classification, storage, and retrieval of various types of information and documents.
  2. Classify Information:
    • Organize and categorize information according to region, type of information, and accompanying documents.
    • Establish protocols for information classification to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  3. Determine Information Completion:
    • Assess the completeness of information entries and identify data that is ready for publication or analysis.
    • Develop and apply criteria for evaluating the readiness of information for various uses.
  4. Search Mechanism:
    • Develop a robust search mechanism within the system to facilitate easy and accurate retrieval of information.
    • Optimize the search functionality to support complex queries and efficient information access.
  5. Training and Technical Support:
    • Train all employees on using the information management system effectively.
    • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  6. Field Tests and Simulations:
    • Conduct field tests and simulations to ensure the system's features function as intended.
    • Gather feedback from users during tests and implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in information management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing information systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data classification, database management, and search mechanisms.
  • Excellent training and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct field tests and provide technical support.
